Morgan Fairchild, born Patsy An McClenny on the 3rd of February is an American actor. Through the 80s, she was a household name with her roles on several television shows. The actress was famous for portraying a glamorous persona. Fairchild first appeared in Search for Tomorrow on CBS in the role of Jennifer Pace between 1973 and 1977. In 1978 she appeared in the soap opera of the same name Dallas in the role of being the very first actor in history to play Jenna Wade before taking a leading role on the NBC series Flamingo Road in 1980 (for which she was nominated for an Golden Globe Award for Best Actress for Television Series Drama). She co-starred on ABC's shortlived premiertime comedy Paper Dolls. In the following season, from 1985-1986 she played the role of attorney Jordan Roberts as part of Falcon Crest. Fairchild is also a performer in the theatre, and has appeared in a variety of TV comedy shows, including Murphy Brown, for which she was awarded a Primetime Emmy Award nomination for the best guest star in a Comedy Series.
